How to clean & replace straw:

• To replace straw, carefully grab the pull tab on the straw and pull down to release. Then, gently remove the weight and attach to spare straw.
• How to clean straw: Cleaning brush is designed to clean inside the straw, insert cleaning brush from base of straw and push up to clean straw inside. Gently pull down to remove brush, repeat for both sides with warm soapy water

PLEASE NOTE: New sippy cup replacement straws ONLY fit b.box’s NEW sippy cup, new straws will NOT work in the older style glossy sippy cup NOR will old straws work in the new matte lids. However, the NEW lid is compatible with the current base. New replacements contain two straws, ONE weight & one cleaner.

Our cutoff time for our South East Asian Deliveries is Wednesday, Deliveries then depart Thursday and usually arrive within 7-10 days. 

With Australia Post Deliveries are usually sent on that business day, and delivery time varies between regular & express post, and between cities And regional. We supply tracking numbers for people to track through Australia Post.

Our usual arrival times are:

Express Post 2 days in all capital cities

3-4 days delivery for Regular Post in capital cities

Add a day on for further out City Locations and add 1-3 days on for regional locations
